Today, we are searching for a Head of Marketing.

About the Head of Marketing role:

The Head of Marketing will lead Next Gen HQ’s consumer-facing Momentum Membership initiatives, growing our flagship digital membership to help millions of young leaders succeed at work and life.

As Head of Marketing, your role will include responsibilities such as:

  • Strategizing with Next Gen HQ’s CEOs to determine best pathways for Consumer Membership sales
  • Leading a team of individual contributors to efficiently and effectively tackle divisional objectives
  • Operational management and leadership of team members to build a thriving Marketing organization
  • Creating and managing campaigns to scale Next Gen HQ’s audience
  • Building conversion funnels into Next Gen HQ’s marketing properties to facilitate paying customers
  • Establishing growth/paid advertising strategies to drive new sales, optimizing campaigns throughout

What’s Needed to Thrive in this Role:

  • 4+ years experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
  • Prior responsibility driving revenue objectives
  • Experience building a product user/member base
  • Self-starter mentality, enjoys working as an ‘intrapreneur’
  • Thrives in an early-stage startup environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Compensation for this full-time role stands at $90k - $135k, pending applicant experience and qualifications.
