Today, we’re searching for a Director of Growth Marketing.

About the Director of Growth Marketing role:

The Director of Growth Marketing will work across two divisions to grow the Member Base of Next Gen HQ’s flagship offering, our Momentum Membership. Momentum Membership is designed for young leaders to curate an entrepreneurial mindset, promoting success at both work and life.

As Director of Growth Marketing, your role will include responsibilities such as:

  • Outlining and executing a go-to-market strategy that leads to new Momentum Members on college campuses nationwide
  • Building a scalable College Ambassador program to drive new Member signups
  • Working closely with our Multimedia Team to design engaging marketing campaigns
  • Identifying best practices to promote on-campus Member engagement
  • Working closely with our Product Team to outline tactics that contribute to retention
  • Collaborating with our Data Analytics Team to understand engagement metrics in order to inform future growth strategies

As Director of Growth Marketing, a ‘Day in the Life’ may include:

  • Meeting with our CEO to present an updated strategy for acquiring members via social media marketing channels
  • Hosting a ‘kickoff call’ with a Campus Ambassador to review student engagement strategies
  • Writing copy for an email campaign to be distributed via our Campus Ambassador network
  • Collaborating with our Data Analyst to analyze the success of a previous campaign
  • Meeting with our Product Team to understand community features included in an upcoming software release in order to best leverage the new updates

What’s Needed to Thrive in this Role:

  • 2+ years of Growth Marketing experience (or similar)
  • Experience leading successful go-to-market strategies from planning to execution
  • Experience leading organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • A passion for creative thinking
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoys talking with others (‘people person’)
  • Able to think quickly and deduce solutions
  • Stays calm and on-task, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills

This full-time role will include a starting base salary between $75,000 and $100,000 plus potential bonus payments, delivered based on performance. Compensation for this contract stands at market rate for Director of Growth Marketing and similar positions, and may vary depending on level and qualification of the applicant.
