Today, we’re searching for an Account Executive, Enterprise Market.

About the Account Executive role:

The Account Executive for the Enterprise Market will lead revenue objectives and build partnerships for Next Gen HQ’s flagship offering, our Momentum Membership. Momentum Membership is designed for young leaders to curate an entrepreneurial mindset, promoting success at both work and life.

    As Account Executive for the Enterprise Market, your role will include responsibilities such as:

    • Speaking with stakeholders from a Fortune 500 company or leading university to explore a MOMENTUM partnership
    • Managing a full book of client business from prospecting, to conversation, to evaluation, and ultimately the final close
    • Building and organizing new prospecting campaigns, leveraging digital tools to attract potential clients
    • Crafting and shipping proposals for new clients
    • Reviewing our sales pipeline, adjusting our overarching strategies based on key takeaways

    What’s Needed to Thrive in this Role:

    • 2+ years of Sales/Business Development experience (or similar)
    • Experience selling B2B offerings is encouraged
    • Experience building and managing a sales funnel
    • Enjoys talking with others (‘people person’)
    • Enjoys working as a ‘self-starter’, proceeding towards business objectives without being prompted
    • Strong ability to stay resilient through the ups and downs of sales work
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

    On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this full-time role stands at $100k - $150k, pending applicant experience and qualifications.
